Email your request on official letterhead to orders@mlock.com to the attention of Customer Service/Registered Keys.
Be sure to include the exact key numbers and any information that will help us find your user registration. The cost is $9.07 per key plus a $5.00 flat fee for shipping, regardless of the number of keys being ordered.
A remittance request will accompany your keys. Payment can be made by check or money order (at this time, credit card payments are not accepted).

Per aprire un lucchetto con combinazione Master Lock standard (1500D):
- Ruotare 3 volte la ghiera verso destra e fermarsi sul primo numero della sequenza.
- Ruotare la ghiera verso sinistra, superare il primo numero della sequenza e fermarsi sul secondo numero.
- Ruotare la ghiera verso destra e fermarsi sul terzo numero della sequenza.
- Sollevare l'archetto.
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on combination locker locks. If the product fails because of material defect or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.

You will need to provide:
- Lock model number.
- Lock serial number.
- Complete name and address of the facility.
- Lock key number (if applicable).
- What the lock is used for and how it failed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights. These rights may vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
